Multi-city deployment

The award-winning deployment covered 8,400 units across Dubai, Sharjah, and Oman. Additionally, 5,000 units are currently being onboarded, further extending the platform’s reach. The multi-city deployment also highlights ANACITY’s localisation abilities to meet local regulations and sensibilities.

Planned implementation of tech

A phase-wise planned rollout was the most important part of the implementation process. The ongoing process started with brainstorming and workshopping with the client team to understand and work on their requirements, culminating in deployment, training, and adoption monitoring in different communities.

The rollout was carried out in close association with the client’s team. Regular meetings were held to discuss the progress, adoption, and client expectations. The implementation plan included clearly defined timelines for functionality updates and community rollout. The short- and long-term roadmap accounted for business priorities and overviews of major features.

Recognition and rewards

The white-label app has since won accolades with the client winning a Gold Award for Best Digital CX at an international platform.
