Behind ANACITY’s win lie three digital interventions – custom development for a client, unifying real estate journey, and two new features – Event Management and Holiday Homes:

Custom development: ANACITY carried out a rare customisation for SaaS platform with IP creation for a client. It was accompanied with a smooth API transfer to a Bitbucket repository. The white label development also included two third-party software integrations – Yardi and iviva.

One of the persistent challenges in residential real estate is a disjointed and broken consumer journey where a property buyer often has to rely on different mediums and stakeholders at every step – from discovery to paying instalments, accessing information, and finally, moving in.

With a detailed move-in protocol along with flexible extension and cancellation processes, it empowers community managers to regulate access. As a digital data repository, it also enables them to register and extract information, including guest and operator details.
