Unified customer experience
The lack of a unified customer engagement platform is one of the persistent issues faced by developers when digitally transitioning their community engagement. As a result, they have to deploy different solutions, resulting in a fractured experience for the user.

The third part of the developer’s requirement was to resolve their lack of technical expertise in supporting the app and their community management services. The team comprises of off-shore scrum managers, project managers, back end engineers, front end developers, UI UX specialists and Android/IOS developers complemented with QA experts.
