ANACITY wins BIG, sweeps the IRECMS Dubai 2023 Awards

ANACITY swept the IRECMS Dubai Awards 2023 held recently at the Mövenpick Grand Al Bustan, bagging three GOLD awards – Proptech Company of the Year, Most Innovative Initiative of the Year, and Best Digital Transformation of the Year.

These awards put ANACITY undisputably at the forefront of community management Proptech companies in the MENA region. It is also a testament to our unflagging pursuit of excellence and innovation. The company has also expanded its market exponentially, emerging as the largest developer of white label solutions in India and West Asia.

Proptech Company of the Year

ANACITY was awarded the Proptech Company of the Year. As an integrated residential SaaS solution, it automates the developer, facility management, and resident experience. The app-based platform is backed by an award-winning ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solution. The platform has evolved over more than 13 years, enriched by feedback from developers, community managers, Owner Associations, and residents.

With easy integrations, the platform is adaptable to different requirements, including third-party software, IoT devices, RFID or ANPR capabilities. As a result, ANACITY today has more than 25000 users from over 85 automated gated communities while maintaining a 4.8 rating on Play Store. Its marquee clients include leading developers like Binghatti, Majid Al Futtaim, Bluechip Real Estate, Al Mujama, Giovanni Real Estate, Danube Properties, Vincitore, SOL Properties, and more.

Most Innovative Initiative of the Year

Innovation is critical for any Proptech to stay relevant. As technology evolves, we must change and innovate to incorporate new technologies. For IRECMS 2023, ANACITY showcased the following innovations:

  • IoT Access Controls

IoT-based access controls replace manual processes with smarter alternatives including mobile-based gate entries and iWatch visitor approvals. The Smart access controls were devised after a survey of 45 blue-chip corporates revealed high demand for mobile and QR-based entry and exit access systems.

Mobile-based gate Access Control replaces access cards with mobile devices at gates, turnstiles, and flap barriers. It streamlines visitor management and strengthens security. It resolves the drawbacks of manual access card operations, including inefficient visitor registration and reliance on physical record-keeping for tracking visitors.

iWatch approvals allow users to approve or disapprove through their Apple watch. Users receive their visitor notifications on their smart watch which they can accept or decline. Effectively, it liberates users from using their mobile for every entry, allowing them to approve visits while on the move easily.

  • Oracle Integration

The Oracle integration was undertaken for Emaar Properties in India. The developer was looking for a unified platform for customers that seamlessly integrated the backend operations with the frontend customer experience. To achieve this, ANACITY undertook the task of integrating its platform with Oracle.

As a result, community managers can raise invoices in Oracle, and push them onto ApnaComplex, ANACITY’s Indian arm, where the customers can make the payments. These are then reconciled within the backend Oracle system. Thus ANACITY’s frontend platform was integrated with the Oracle backend. The entire integration was carried out smoothly to meet the client’s requirement of incorporating their Oracle system with ANACITY’s frontend app.

Best Digital Transformation of the Year

ANACITY undertook the digital transformation of a leading developer in the Middle East, including UAE, Oman, Qatar, Lebanon, and Egypt. It built a white label app, creating a single journey for its customers, starting from post-sales to post-possession. As a result, customers have a single platform to interact with the developer, check installment updates, get construction updates, move in, communicate with neighbours, register complaints, reserve facilities like the squash court, and pay service charges.

Another key part of the mandate was to meet their tech manpower requirements through a cross-border Global Captive Centre based in Bengaluru, India. The team comprises off-shore scrum managers, project managers, back-end engineers, front-end developers, UI UX specialists, and Android/IOS developers complemented with QA experts.
