The groundbreaking digital transformation initiatives unified the residential experience on one platform – from pre-sales to post-possession.

Best Implementation of Technology of the Year
ANACITY won the WRC 2024 Award for Best Implementation of Technology of the Year for leading and implementing the digital transformation of a marquee client through white label solutions. The multi-year, multi-region implementation integrated the post-sales to post-possession experience on one platform.
The multi-region implementation required our team to work with the local stakeholders to understand local customs and ensure compliance. Our focus remained on refining user experience and continually developing new modules per a well-defined roadmap.
The white label app has since won an international award for Best Digital Consumer Experience. The client has also won awards for its community management.
